Supporting The Next Generation Of Motorsport Engineer's

Since the start of 2025 we have proudly sponsored Oxford Brookes Racing with manufacturing complex parts for there formula student car, utilizing our 5axis Water-Jet and conventional 3 and 4 axis CNC's

Throughout there 2025 season we have produced many critical components for OBR25 (Sophie) keeping there schedule alive to allow them to continue their constantly evolving thoughts on what they wanted to modify next to give them the upper hand when it came to competition

This paid dividends when coming to the FSUK rounds at Silverstone where the team scored 3rd place, topping all of the UK teams that entered

We offered the team the service that all of our customers can expect, Perfect parts in a short time frame as we where often working with a 24 to 48 hour time frames to get parts done for them

How Did We Help

Many of the parts we produced are visual on the outside of the car, so our signature finish had to be applied to contrast against the gloss carbon fibre and composites work done throughout the car that is produced by them in house.

for example ;

The billet 7075 aluminium top hats that are spread all of the carbon fibre wings and front wing mounts

as well as this the waterjet cut carbon fibre suspension rocker blades, which got replaced by machined aluminium over fears of service life during endurance events

many of the machined parts had tight tolerances which were critical as to there workings, like aluminium spacers that go withing the planetary gearboxes for each wheel
