5 Axis Water Jet
Our in house Flow Mach 200 5 Axis water jet is capable of cutting up to 64 degrees from vertical meaning almost all post process machining operations can be removed decreasing cost to you
we have a cutting capacity of 4m x 2m meaning we are able to take on larger work than most with a accuracy of +/- 0.020mm (1thou).
with this setup we can do fine details up to 0.9mm in almost any material
what can we cut ?
aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, carbon fiber, glass just to name a few. we are yet to find a material we can't cut and this is thanks to flows patented soft pierce cutting technology
CNC Turning
we offer 4 axis turning services through our in house HAAS DS30-Y which allows us to machine complex round components, with the ability to do traditional milling features reducing setup time and costs
with no minimum order quantity we are open to do 1 off work
we have a machining capacity of 17" diameter and 23" max length
CNC Milling
we offer 3 axis in house milling services with a capacity of 762mm x 406mm x 406mm we specialise in machining aluminum and non-ferrous materials on this machine but we are open to cutting steels if needed as we have tooling to suit both
using our cam software we can produce many complex parts and utilises modern machining techniques to reduce cost to you
Fabrication
along with our machining services we also offer a full fabrication service, as this goes hand in hand with our water jet capabilities
we offer both MIG and TIG welding services for aluminium and stainless steel
Pre And Post War Car Service & Repair
our vintage car orientated workshop team has over 80 years of vintage, veteran and classic car experience to offer
